How do I reserve a property? What is the method of payment?

You can book right here on our website. Go to the "Our Properties" page, select a property, check availability and rates and proceed through payment process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, Diner’s Club or JCB credit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund of all monies paid less a $200 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the arrival date, you will lose all monies paid unless you have purchased Trip Insurance (see below information regarding Trip Insurance). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation. For more detail regarding our cancellation policy, please refer to our Rental Contract.

Do you offer Trip Insurance?

Trip insurance is optional, but we highly recommend purchasing it. To purchase a policy, get a full explanation of coverage limitations, or find answers to your questions, you can contact CSA Travel Protection directly. Refunds are not given due to weather related issues (please see Rental Contract for more detail).

Do you require a damage deposit?

No, we do not require a damage deposit. A non-refundable “damage waiver” fee is included in the total rental cost. The damage insurance will cover reimbursement for some non-intentional damages (see Rental Contract for more detail). Please notify us immediately if any damages occur.

What time is arrival and departure?

Check-in is after 3:00 pm.  Check-out is before 10:00 am.

Upon arrival, where do we check-in and pick-up keys? Is it OK if we arrive late at night?

You will not need to check-in or check-out at an office. All of our properties have key-less locks. Access codes for the property will be provided via e-mail or text (your preferred method) prior to your arrival.

How far is the condo from the beach? Is the beach access public or private?

Our properties are within easy (approximately 2 minutes) walking distance to the beach and they all come with direct private beach access. See our “Walk to the Beach” videos for each property on our website to see how easy it is to get to the beach!

Where do I park my car?

All of our properties come with lots with close parking proximity to the unit. Some units have dedicated spots. In either case, there is always parking available.

Do you supply linens?

Yes. Linens for the condo are provided. All bath towels, wash cloths, bed sheets, pillow cases, and kitchen towels, are provided.

Is WIFI and Cable Television provided?

Yes, free WIFI and Cable TV are provided. The WIFI passwords will be provided via email prior to your stay.

Can I bring my boat? Where can I store my boat trailer?

Our units have first come first serve boat docking at no additional charge. For most of our units you will register your boat and reserve a slip in advance. Please notify us, when you are booking, if you plan to bring a boat. More details on slip availability and reservation process will be provided at the time of booking. Boat launch locations are available upon request. We provide trailer parking, if needed, for $40 per week.

What size boat can be accomodated at the docks?

We have slips that will accomodate up to 30 foot boats with a 3-4 foot draw. Please inquire with us as to availability during your desired time period.

Can we fish from the dock?

Yes. Also, you can go surf fishing at the beach.

Are beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas provided?

Yes, each unit is equipped with two beach chairs, two beach towels and one umbrella.

Do you supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soaps?

We provide a starter quantity which includes a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a roll of toilet paper and liquid hand soaps for and kitchen, kitchen trash bags, dish soap. Guests will need to buy additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.

Do you have a clothes washer and dryer?

We have washer/dryers either in the unit or in a shared facility on the premises. The properties with shared laundry facilities have coin operated machines. Check descriptions of each property for details.

Commonly asked about items that you do need to bring :

Please bring shampoo, soap, suntan spray/lotion, a cooler. Some condiment items may be in the home such as salt/pepper, sugar, spices, and coffee filters, although they are not officially provided.

Commonly asked about items that you do NOT need to bring :

Hair dryer, clothes iron, ironing board.

What kitchen and cooking utensils are provided?

We have all of the standard items that you would typically find in a kitchen for preparing family meals (pots, pans, knives, etc.) including a toaster, microwave, coffee pot and blender. Plates, glasses, cups and utensils are also provided.

Is there a grocery store nearby?

Yes, among others, there is a Publix and a Walmart within an 8-12 minute drive.  There is also a Circle K (convenience store) within a short drive or walk of the properties.

Are there restaurants / bars nearby?

Yes, to name a few Sand Bar Tiki & Grille (formerly Flounders), White Elephant, Gulf View, Lock and Key, are just a short drive or walk from the properties. Enjoy waterfront dining and drinks. Live music is always playing somewhere!
