This 1st floor unit is perfect for a family or a couple’s vacation. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom, with king sized bed, has a private bathroom, cable TV and direct access to the screened in lanai. The second bedroom, also with a queen sized bed, touts a peek a boo view of the Gulf! There is also a second full bathroom. Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans.

The living area has a spacious and open floor plan which allows the entire group to feel together. Even the cook(s) won’t be left out, while preparing a feast or mixing up some refreshments from the fully renovated kitchen. Kitchen, renovated in November 2022 has brand new appliances, cabinets, countertops, everything.

The lanai provides a beautiful private place to kick back and relax. The high speed internet allows you to surf the web from anywhere in the place, including the lanai. If you love natural breeze and sunlight, just turn off the central air and open the windows and doors and let the fresh air in.

This condo has many amenities for your convenience. Full size clothes washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator/ ice maker, coffee maker/tea pot, and cable TVs.

Walk across the street for a dip in the swimming pool and relaxing soak in the hot tub. Just a few steps further and you can plant your toes in the sand and take a swim in the Gulf! There are two separate entrances to the beach and each has a deck with benches. These are lovely places to watch the sunset or spot dolphins and other wildlife. Since Pelican Landing is a beach to bay complex, you have access to restroom facilities on the beach side, right in the pool area.
